These Masterclass evenings are all about having some light-hearted fun, learning (perhaps a little bit) and sampling some mighty fine drinks, finished off with a delicious two course hearty meal especially designed for this event. 

We encourage groups to come along and enjoy the evening.  * We care about your safety. Don't drink and drive - we can order taxi's or uber to take you home safely.

Steak with skordalia, charred brussel sprouts, dutch carrots, + lemon butter


Lamb koftas on a bed of peas, feta and spinach, with a beetroot and mint chutney


Grilled chermoula eggplant on fragrant pilaf, pomegranate, lemon polenta (Vegetarian)

Salted caramel panna cotta, smoked ginger coulis, strawberries, & chocolate walnuts


Warm apple tarte tartin, orange and grapefruit marmalade, with  vanilla ice cream
