What's On the Menu?
Without giving too many of our Chef's surprises away, our evening functions have delicious food, crafted specifically for the evening, and served in the Lindsay's style - casual, colourful, warm, and friendly.
Some highlights (a subset only) of the menu include;
Baked Brie - caramelised onions, fig jam, pecans, crostini
Appetiser trio - pear, walnut & blue cheese crostini, artichoke veloute, tomato, basil & chorizo tartlet.
Cheese fondu for 2 - with selections of crostini, charred beef, grilled veg, lavosh, fruit paste
Charcuterie platter - mixed cured meats, charred Veg, lavosh, assorted dips, olives, nuts
Cheese board - selection of three cheeses. House lavosh, fruit paste
Roast root Veg - roasted potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, sweet potato
And three 'to die for' Lindsay's desserts
Molten Chocolate Pudding - Raspberry sauce, vanilla bean ice cream, honeycomb
Apple & vanilla Tarte tatin - vanilla bean ice cream, calvados glaze
Chocolate fondu - milk, dark & salted caramel. Assorted fruits, house churros, marshmellow, shortbread
